Become an Official Member of CCCC today! Beginning January 1, 2008, CCCC implemented a formal membership structure with annual dues. Membership is open to any organization that supports the purpose of the Coalition. Individuals not affiliated with a member organization but who individually support the purpose of the Coalition may also join.
Membership Benefits As a member, you will enjoy the following benefits:
· Connection to a statewide, multi-disciplinary effort to ensure quality end-of-life care · Access to cutting-edge ideas, tools and resources · Regular, timely legislative updates · Networking at three yearly Coalition membership meetings · Coalition’s bi-monthly e-newsletter · Listing as a member on the Coalition website and newsletter · Discounted registration fees for selected Coalition programs, events and materials · Ability to be part of a larger public policy voice to impact end-of-life issues
Annual Membership Dues CCCC has three categories of membership:
· Organization: $250 per year · Community Coalition: $100 per year This category is for community-based coalitions working to improve end-of-life care at the local level. · Individual: $50 per year
