CHCF and CCCC to Host Additional POLST Webinars

The California HealthCare Foundation and the California Coalition for Compassionate Care invite you to participate in upcoming teleconferences about the Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST) paradigm.

The next POLST webinar is scheduled for:

October 14, 2008

10:00 – 11:30 a.m.

This webinar is free to anyone in California interested in POLST; however, pre-registration is required. Registrations for the October 14 program will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, so please register early.
