CCCC has three membership categories:
- Organization – $250 per year
- Community Coalition – $100 per year
This category is for community-based coalitions working to improve end-of-life care at the local level. - Individual – $50 per year

CCCC has workgroups that focus on specific topics related to end-of-life care and provide input on CCCC’s work. Participation in the workgroups is open to all interested members. Workgroups meet three times a year.
